clearing things up

So I was just re-reading my last post and I think I may have worded something wrong.
I wrote about having fun at the wedding, but I couldn't say what was fun.
I don't think that is being read in the way I meant it.
What I mean was it was a lot of fun, but nothing I could really pinpoint just a good time in general.
Okay, just wanted to clear that up.

I'm not feeling so well today, but it's been a pretty easy day. I didn't even get into school yesterday. I literally slept all day. Think I will go home and sleep right after school today. I have lost six pounds though since Monday night. I'm pretty sure that 6 lbs is made up of every drop of water in my body though and I might be dehydrated now. All day as I was laying in bed, I just kept staring at my scrap desk thinking I wanted to scrap, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. Maybe tonight if I'm feeling better.

Going down to Indy this weekend. Some friends are running in the Indy marathon. I think Niki is running, too? I'll look for you and yell "way to go" or something just as encouraging. Then one of the girls who was in my sorority is graduation from optomoptry school so we're going to her party. She has implants and I haven't go to see 'em yet so that should be interesting. Hope there not too big or she could poke someone's eye out. Get it...eye...optomotrist? Yep, I'm too funny.

Since, I"m going to Indy I will be stopping in at nice scrapbook stores on the way. That is always a good thing.

Oh, in case anyone is wondering what people who live in small Indiana towns do for fun with their farmer boyfriends...well, we go to Young Farmer meetings. Yep, you heard me right. There is a group of young farmers (mostly married people younger than me with 5 kids and the wives are pregnant) that get together and eat and have a meeting. It's really not that bad. Sometimes it is hard to talk to the other women b/c they tend to want to talk about kids and being pregnant, and Tom is always off talking about Farming and comodity prices and what not and I really can't add to that conversation. I did only get asked once if Tom and had talked yet about getting married. Ummm...no...and not to hurt your feelings, but I probably wouldn't tell you Mrs.YOung Farmer whom I see 2x a year if we had.

We did ride Tom's motorcycle to the meeting and I got to wear the new jacket he bought me. It is really cool. He did such a good job picking it out. Exactly what I would have picked out. It does make freezing on the back of the bike a little more tolorable if I know I'm looking cute.
